Contractor Compliance Administrator - rhi Talent - Fixed Term Contract, Stockton-on-Tees

This role involves managing daily operational tasks such as contractor queries, data entry, and candidate screening for rhi Talent UK Limited. The administrator will work closely with stakeholders including Recruitment, P&O, Payroll, Time Writing, and Finance to ensure timely processing of requests.

Key responsibilities include collating, verifying, and filing screening documentation via email and telephone; issuing contracts to contractors and agency workers; updating contractor records in various systems; supporting internal audits; and assisting with administrative tasks for ad hoc projects. Ensuring compliance with Data Privacy and Protection regulations is essential.

Qualifications:
  • Secondary school education or equivalent preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
  • Strong skills in Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of HRIS tools preferred
  • Experience in data entry and maintaining data integrity with confidential information
