We offer flexible shifts for Support Workers who are dedicated to making a real difference in people’s lives, with comprehensive training, PVG checks covered, and progression opportunities within a nationwide charity.

What You'll Be Supporting With Every day is different, and you'll get involved in a wide range of meaningful activities, including:

You'll be helping people build confidence, independence, and life skills-while forming positive, trusting relationships along the way.

• A UK driving licence holder (the gentlemen we support have a house vehicle so it'd be great if you can drive!)

We provide support Monday-Sunday, including waking night shifts, and as a contracted Support Worker, we do need some flexibility to work different days and different shifts, to ensure fairness for all staff.

Our shifts are:

• 7am - 2.30pm
• 7.30am - 3pm
• 2pm - 9.30pm
• 2.30pm - 10pm
• 9.30pm - 7.30am (waking night)
