Bromford Housing Group is seeking an M&E Contracted Services Manager to oversee the operational and financial management of mechanical and electrical services. As our new M&E Contracted Services Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering just that.
The role
Reporting to the Head of M&E, you will lead the operational and financial management of our mechanical and electrical (M&E) contracted programmes — including planned, cyclical, and reactive services. This role is critical to ensuring that vital services like communal lighting, lifts, white goods, ventilation, and fire safety systems are delivered safely, effectively, and to the highest standard.
You’ll manage a £3M annual budget, lead contractor performance, assure compliance, and drive value for money — all while keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do.

Based in Chipping Sodbury, you'll enjoy a flexible week split between our workspaces and your home, offering the perfect balance. You will be provided with a company car/cash allowance alternative therefore a full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel regularly across Bromford’s operating areas is essential.
Due to the nature of the role, an enhanced DBS check will be required.
