Job summary

Excel Resourcing is seeking a fully qualified Vehicle Technician for an ongoing contract at Gatwick (RH11). The role involves servicing, maintaining and repairing a range of vehicles, with a 24.00 hourly rate and outside IR35 terms.

You should be NVQ/City & Guilds level 3 qualified, hold a valid UK driving license and bring your own tools. The position offers 24 hours per week, flexible scheduling, and ongoing opportunities across the UK through our client network.

Qualifications

• Qualified to Level 3 NVQ/City & Guilds or similar in relevant disciplines.
• Experience carrying out repair and service work to a variety of vehicles.
• Ability to diagnose and rectify a wide range of mechanical & electrical faults.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices in the workshop.
• UK Driving Licence and possess your own tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a productive team.
• Time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service, maintenance and repair work on a wide range of motor vehicles.
• Diagnose faults and rectify mechanical and electrical issues.
• Adhere to health and safety practices in workshop.
