Job summary

The Redline Group is urgently seeking a Contract Test & Validation Engineer to support an established electronics organisation delivering safety-critical products. This on-site role in South Wales runs for an initial 6 months with potential extension and requires working through an Umbrella company.

Qualifications

• Hands-on electronic product verification and validation in a laboratory.
• Ability to read schematics, troubleshoot circuit-level issues and work with microcontroller-based products.
• Diagnosis of hardware/firmware interactions and system integration testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans for hardware, firmware and system functionality.
• Investigate faults and support root-cause analysis activities.
