We are looking to recruit a Senior Consultant with experience in recruiting staff on a temporary basis. This role involves recruiting Construction/Civil Engineering professionals across various disciplines. You may recruit for large national contractors or regional smaller contractors. Staff recruited will include management roles such as Project Managers, Commercial Managers, Foremen, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, Site Managers, Assistants, etc.

The role offers the freedom to develop and grow your section, with opportunities to establish a high billing desk. We are particularly interested in recruiters with entrepreneurial flair, motivation, commitment, and passion for recruitment, especially within the contract/temporaries sector.
