An established industry player is seeking a Contract Systems Engineer to work from home, focusing on IT infrastructure projects. Track record delivering IT Infrastructure projects across a range of technologies.
Working as a team and mentoring of junior support staff.
Communication skills, experience at a senior level.
Ability to operate independently and take accountability for the delivery of major initiatives.
Design and planning of disaster recovery, systems capacity, performance, availability, and security for both internal and external systems and networks.
3+ years relevant business experience.
Broad understanding of project methodologies and when they are appropriate.
Good working knowledge of Telephony, IP PBXs, and Dialler systems in a call centre environment.
TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
