Overview

Are you an experienced leader, wishing to work with a competent, effective team? If so keep reading. As our Contract Support Team Leader, you'll be leading a team of 8 Contract Support Officers to provide strong technical operational support to our property services teams. The team is responsible for supporting the business with contracts that include water safety, asbestos, lifting equipment, CCTV and lots more. You'll be working closely with the Contract Managers and their Heads of Service, you'll lead the team to support the delivery and evidencing of a compliant servicing and maintenance programme, in an affordable, efficient and customer orientated manner.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring that the management of all servicing, works and maintenance contracts meet required standards of performance, including time, cost, quality and customer satisfaction
  • Conducting periodic audits of asset and equipment
  • Coordinating the provision of specialist technical support and advice
  • Ensuring financial information is captured accurately and coordinating with budget holders and the Finance team
About you

You will come to the role with previous leadership experience, ideally working with a team that have a hybrid working approach. You will ideally have previous experience supporting a delivery of programmes, works, contracts or projects. You'll have basic understanding of Property Services/Safety or property asset management related contracts, including awareness of KPIs and cost models. You'll hold strong organisation and administrative skills, having a logical approach to tasks and being able to translate actions into effective processes. You will be able to build strong working relationships, ensuring that all relationships are managed in a mutually effective way. This is a hybrid role so you can base yourself from home if you wish. Ideally you will bring the team together from time to time and initial training will take place in the Devizes office, so being happy to travel in our operating region is a must. You will hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes. Our operating region includes Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall and London.
