Job description

My client is seeking a dedicated Contract Support/Receptionist to join their team in the Shrewsbury area on a temporary basis until October. 30 hours per week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative and support tasks essential to maintaining the smooth operation of the site.

Key duties include logging reactive jobs using Maximo, managing communication with site stakeholders, overseeing badge management for visitors and staff, and handling contractor inductions.

Additionally, you will be tasked with organising documents, sending emails regarding corrective actions, collecting responses, and updating the original tracker. The role requires interpreting data and collating it into presentation templates, as well as assisting the QHSE team with risk assessments and other related tasks.

The position offers a competitive pay rate of £15 per hour PAYE plus holiday pay.
