Description
As a Contract Support Manager, you will work with the contract to ensure operational efficiency. Collaborating with the back office and operations team, you'll extract and analyze data from various sources to support informed decision-making, driving business improvement and performance on the contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify performance trends and lead small projects to address issues.
  • Coordinate with the operations manager to optimize back office planning for increased productivity.
  • Build relationships with the client to support their targets and enhance customer performance.
  • Handle ad hoc requests from different departments.
  • Monitor business performance and create management reports with visual data representations.
  • Participate in weekly performance meetings, supporting data visualization and communication.
  • Ensure data governance and analytical rigor, presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Produce clear statistical reports on Key Performance Indicators.
  • Accurately submit complete performance reports.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Knowledge of DNO activities; tree cutting experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to visually convey complex data.
  • Proficiency in IT tools: Excel, Teams, Word, Outlook.
