  • Work closely with the operations manager to optimize back office planning for increased productivity.
  • Build strong relationships with the client to support their targets and enhance customer performance.
  • Handle ad hoc requests from various departments.
  • Monitor business performance and create engaging management reports.
  • Participate in weekly performance meetings, supporting communication and data visualization.
  • Promote good data governance and analytical rigor, presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Produce clear statistical reports on KPIs.
  • Ensure accurate submission of performance reports.
