Contract Support Manager

As a Contract Support Manager, you will work with the contract to ensure optimal operational performance. Collaborating with the back office and operations teams, you will extract and translate data from various sources to support data-driven decision making, aiming to meet performance obligations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify trends in performance and lead small projects to resolve issues.
  2. Work closely with the operations manager to optimize planning and increase productivity.
  3. Build relationships with clients to support their targets and enhance customer performance.
  4. Handle ad hoc requests from different departments.
  5. Monitor business performance and create visually engaging management reports.
  6. Attend weekly performance meetings, supporting communication and visualization of data.
  7. Promote good data governance and analytical practices, presenting findings to stakeholders.
  8. Produce and present statistical data against KPIs clearly and concisely.
  9. Ensure accurate submission of complete performance reports.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Knowledge of DNO activities, tree cutting experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to visually convey complex data.
  • Proficiency in IT tools such as Excel, Teams, Word, and Outlook.
