A leading environmental services provider in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to oversee contract performance, manage payroll processes, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, previous management experience, and a proactive approach to improvement and compliance. This role offers 25 days of annual leave, access to a pension scheme, and ongoing training opportunities.
Monitor contract performance, manage payroll processes, and ensure accurate data handling within the wasteflow system.
Validate tonnage data and handle monthly contract invoices, including calculations of variable elements and coordination with management accountants.
Maintain compliance with statutory requirements and company procedures through regular process reviews and reporting.
Lead compliance efforts by managing the contract calendar and coordinating necessary compliance-related works.
Provide support to Senior Contract Manager and Operations Managers regarding employee performance, absence management, and employment terms.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cost-effectiveness and value for money on the Contract.
Oversee contract support systems (Elemos and Echo) to help Operational Managers achieve contract KPIs.
Manage and maintain high performance standards within the administrative support team.
Ensure comprehensive staff training and promote a safety-first culture throughout the contract operations.
Monitor and improve key performance indicators including contractual KPIs, safety measures, sickness rates, and staff engagement levels.
