Are you an experienced hospitality or catering professional ready to take on a new challenge in a fast-paced, multi-site environment? We’re looking for a Contract Support Manager to join our team supporting the West Midlands Police (WMP) – ESS contract.
This is a vital leadership role overseeing operational feeding and hospitality services, deputising for the General Manager, and helping ensure exceptional service across multiple locations. From tea and biscuits to sit-down dinners for 200+ guests, no two days are the same.
What You’ll Be Doing:Lead the hospitality and operational catering service across the WMP contract.
Deliver excellent service across staff and delegate feeding, conferences, and events.
Support and deputise for the General Manager as needed.
Manage and support a small team, providing coaching, training, and development.
Ensure accurate stock management, cost control, and food waste reduction.
Maintain excellent standards in health, safety, and food hygiene.
Build strong relationships with internal departments and ensure customer satisfaction.
Travel between contract sites – a full UK driving licence is essential.
Proven experience managing successful teams in hospitality or catering
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Great communication and customer service mindset
Financially savvy with excellent IT skills
Ability to work evenings/weekends (seasonal) as part of a 5-over-7 rota
Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable:
Experience in a similar multi-site catering/hospitality role
Knowledge of food production methods and operational catering
