Are you an experienced hospitality or catering professional ready to take on a new challenge in a fast-paced, multi-site environment? We're looking for a Contract Support Manager to join our team supporting the West Midlands Police (WMP) - ESS contract.
This is a vital leadership role overseeing operational feeding and hospitality services, deputising for the General Manager, and helping ensure exceptional service across multiple locations. From tea and biscuits to sit-down dinners for 200+ guests, no two days are the same.

Proven experience managing successful teams in hospitality or catering
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Great communication and customer service mindset
Financially savvy with excellent IT skills
Ability to work evenings/weekends (seasonal) as part of a 5-over-7 rota
Full UK Driving Licence
