Job Title: Contract Support / Finance Document Controller
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Contract Support to join the team located in Swindon.
Role Summary: As a CBRE Contract Support Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to a large Business Unit, Facility, or Account. This role is part of the Contract Quality Management function.
The responsibilities include managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled, responding to inquiries on financial reports for Accounts Receivable, Payable, and open POs, and ensuring timely and quality service delivery and follow-up to ensure satisfaction. You will be a financial and operational systems champion, suggesting efforts to implement cost-saving opportunities to maximize customer and financial savings targets.
You will coordinate and onboard vendors for reactive and planned works, manage sub-contractor paperwork, review processed invoices for accuracy, and coordinate billing processes including calculating margins, raising invoices, and submitting them to clients.
Work closely with site teams and head office to ensure accurate processing of quotations and purchase orders. Review and approve maintenance billing invoices and projects as per contracted agreements. Ensure consistent delivery of core operational and financial outputs on the account. Provide monthly reporting support for Contract and Business Unit Reviews.
