Responsibilities

  • Monitor shared helpdesk mailbox and respond by 4:30pm.
  • Log new client requests into the system, Verisae.
  • Allocate new jobs within 4 hours of receipt.
  • Update ETAs in Epix and Verisae consistently.
  • Raise POs against approved suppliers based on quotes.
  • Ensure PO accuracy in EPIX.
  • Issue work orders to subcontractors with all details.
  • Chase for daily updates and return of paperwork.
  • Escalate non-responsive subcontractors to RSDM.
  • Assist with inbound calls from clients and subcontractors.

The purpose of the role and expectations: As the first point of contact for both internal and external clients, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business by managing and processing new and existing work orders through our internal systems. This position is a key part of the Service Delivery Team, helping to ensure we consistently deliver exceptional service to our clients. This is a busy, friendly team who pull together to meet the SLA's set by our client. You can be part of that success and we will fully support you with the right training to help you thrive.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor shared helpdesk mailbox throughout the day. Mailbox to be cleared by 4:30pm every day
  • Log all new client requests into the system, Verisae
  • Allocate all new jobs within 4 hours of receipt
  • ETAs to be updated in Epix and Verisae for 4 hour on every occasion
  • Raise POs against approved suppliers upon receipt of engineer/subcontractor quotes
  • Ensure PO accuracy in EPIX
  • Issue work orders to subcontractors with all details
  • Chase daily for updates and return of paperwork/certificate
  • Escalate non-responsive subcontractors to RSDM
  • Assist with answering inbound calls from client, engineers, and subcontractors
Qualifications
