Contract & Supplier Manager/Supply Chain Relationship Manager - Brighton/Hybrid working
£45,000 - £50,000 plus excellent benefits and flexible working (2 to 3 days/week in their Brighton office)

Notes on the position:
- This role will be dealing with 15 corporate suppliers in the E&C space, delivering projects and ensuring they are managed and delivered successfully. Candidates should demonstrate experience in supplier relationship management at a strategic level within a sizable company.
- Currently, there is a team of 4 within a larger procurement team of 21, consisting of innovative thinkers who are comfortable working across different areas and are willing to engage in tasks outside their day-to-day remit.

As a Contract & Supplier Management Manager/Supply Chain Relationship Manager, you will:
- Execute the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) strategy in partnership with executive sponsors, business unit leads, and supply chain partners.
- Drive engagement with suppliers and stakeholders across the business.
- Coordinate and facilitate supply chain and stakeholder engagement forums and top-to-top engagements.
- Execute Voice of the Supplier surveys and generate insights to improve supply chain partner relationships.
- Identify relationship issues and risks, developing and implementing mitigation plans.
- Develop views of aggregated supply chain performance and use insights to enhance performance.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Supplier Management with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- A passion for SRM, with the ability to advocate for the benefits of a structured SRM approach.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and make decisions based on incomplete information.
- Outcome delivery focused with a desire to develop personal capability.
- A demonstrated desire to push boundaries and seek opportunities for improvement, showcasing relentless curiosity.
The role operates in a multidisciplinary environment; the successful candidate must demonstrate an aptitude for building and maintaining relationships, becoming a confident and trusted partner to both internal and external stakeholders.
This will require strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with a strong problem-solving analytical mindset.
