We’re looking for a talented Contract Supervisor to join us, workinga day shift 08:00-17:00 at our site in Crick.

As a Contract Supervisor you will oversee the transport and warehouse operations are in line with the daily requirements at the Crick site. Also supporting the Contract Manager in order to satisfy the needs of the customer efficiently and effectively, whilst ensuring full compliance with health & safety processes and procedures.

Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £31,770 per annum. We offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Lead a team of 2 administrators and up to 30 drivers, ensuring smooth daily operations and full compliance with company procedures.

  • Oversee daytime transport operations, driver dispatch, and debriefing

  • Ensure accurate route planning, paperwork, and Tacho compliance

  • Monitor fleet maintenance, breakdowns, MOTs, and servicing

  • Manage agency bookings, driver absence, and weekly payroll

  • Generate and present KPIs using Excel, Power BI, etc.

  • Communicate with customers and manage delivery expectations

  • Maintain depot standards: H&S checks, MHE condition, warehouse cleanliness

  • Handle freight allocation, returns, and damage reporting

  • Raise POs via SAP/COUPA and support financial reporting

  • Deputise for senior management when required
