A leading environmental services company in Liverpool seeks a motivated individual to manage collection crews, ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies. Responsibilities include staff management, incident reporting, and effective communication. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing operational staff and knowledge of health and safety legislation. This role offers 25 days of annual leave, pension scheme access, and discounts for various retailers.
The role involves the utilisation of staff and vehicle resources to ensure a swift and efficient dispatch in the morning and ensuring all driver checks are completed daily. Delivering basic training requirements for all drivers and crews including, inductions, operation of the vehicles, lifting equipment and risk assessment.
