Job Requirements

• This role requires a seasoned Contracts Manager who can oversee projects from the pre-construction phase through to completion, ensuring site management and installation activities are executed safely, on time, and within budget.
• You will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and the internal design team to ensure all contractual obligations are met.
• A key aspect of this role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, addressing any issues promptly, and resolving them efficiently.
• Regular site visits will be necessary to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• You will also prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on project status, risks, and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• To be successful in this role, you will need extensive experience in Contracts Management or construction management on projects in Construction or Installation.
• A thorough understanding of contract management and site practices is essential, along with familiarity with Health & Safety Legislation.
• You should be adept at reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and organisational skills are crucial, as you will lead project teams and liaise with various stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and your attention to detail will be key to delivering projects that meet high standards.
