The Role
Serve as the initial point of contact in S2P for all third-party vendor contract requests from Marketing.
Enter all Marketing contracts into the Contract Management System (CMS), preferably Contract Logix.
Conduct training on contracting principles, system use, and contract editing in the CMS.
Enter Purchase Orders into the procurement system (NetSuite preferred) after contract approval.
Receive invoices, compare with POs and contracts, validate, and forward to Accounts Payable.
