Job summary

Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking an experienced contract Full Stack .NET Developer for a 3-month fully remote engagement. You will work on an enterprise business-critical application, delivering features and fixes within an established codebase.

Key responsibilities include backend and frontend development with C#/.NET and Vue/React/Angular, troubleshooting production issues and collaborating with the team to ensure stable releases. IR35 Outside.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial development experience with C# and .NET.
• Frontend development experience using Vue.js, React or Angular.
• Strong JavaScript fundamentals.
• Experience maintaining, troubleshooting and enhancing existing production applications.
• Comfortable working across both backend application logic and frontend user interfaces.

Responsibilities

Our client requires an experienced contract Full Stack .NET Developer to support an established organisation with the ongoing development and maintenance of a enterprise business-critical application. This is a hands-on contract opportunity, ideal for a developer who is comfortable working within an existing codebase, quickly understanding unfamiliar systems and delivering new functionality alongside troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Skills & Experience

Desirable Skills

• Vue.js experience would be particularly advantageous as this is the framework being used.
• Microsoft Azure / SaaS application experience.
• API development and integration.
• Experience modernising or enhancing mature .NET applications.

This contract would suit an experienced, pragmatic Full Stack Developer who enjoys solving problems and improving existing systems rather than exclusively working on greenfield projects. The priority is finding someone who can hit the ground running, work independently and confidently deliver fixes and new functionality within an established development environment.
