Job summary

Randstad Construction Property Engineering is seeking an experienced Cover Site Manager to oversee daily operations on a premier residential site in Tattenhoe Park, Milton Keynes. You will ensure safety, build quality and adherence to program schedules while coordinating with subcontractors.

You will lead site inductions, toolbox talks and inspections, monitor progress, and report to the Project/Contracts Manager.

Qualifications

• Valid SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and CSCS Card (Black or Gold) are required.
• Proven track record as a Site Manager within volume residential housebuilding.
• Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and timber frame / traditional construction practices.
• Immediate availability and ability to commute reliably to the site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site health and safety, enforcing compliance with company policies and UK regulations.
• Direct day-to-day activities of sub-contractors and site trades.
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and quality inspections.
• Monitor progress against build schedules and report updates to the Project/Contracts Manager.
