Weare currently seeking an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator or Lead Coordinator to contribute to our client a global consultancy diverse range of residential and commercial projects in the UK and Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

• Revit MEP Coordination: Lead and execute Stage 2-4 coordination activities for a variety of projects, including residential and commercial developments in the UK and Saudi Arabia.
• Design Integration: Collaborate with project teams to integrate MEP designs seamlessly within the broader project framework, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Project Diversity: Engage in a mix of residential and commercial projects, contributing to the success of our global consultancy's endeavors.
• Hybrid Working: Enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working arrangements, combining remote work with scheduled office presence in Monument, London.

Lead Coordinator (if applicable): Take on a leadership role, providing guidance to junior coordinators and overseeing coordination processes.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator with expertise in Stage 2-4 coordination. For Lead Coordinator role, additional leadership experience is preferred.
• Revit Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP software is essential.
• Project Diversity: Familiarity with residential and commercial projects, especially in the UK and Saudi Arabia.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse project teams.
• Hybrid Working: Comfortable with a hybrid working model, balancing remote work with on-site collaboration.
• Rate: Up to £37 per hour for Revit MEP Coordinator / Up to £41 per hour for Lead Coordinator.
• Duration: 3-6 month initial contract
• Location: Monument, London, with hybrid working options.
