About Your New Company:
West Recruitment is excited to be partnering with a well-established and respected Transportation business that has been responsible for safely moving its passengers for over 70 years. As a family-owned and run business, the culture is supportive and employees are truly valued.

About Your New Role:
Reporting to the General Manager, the main focus of this role will be reporting and managing the compliance of various contracts and undertaking other administrative responsibilities as required by the business.

The key tasks aligned to this role will include:

  1. Attending meetings and basic Minute taking
  2. Regular communications with a large, Government organisation
  3. Collating statistics
  4. Various reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis
  5. Liaising with Operations Managers to investigate and gather reasons for complaints and incidents
  6. Assist with business cases, proposals and tender submissions as required
  7. Create Commercial, Service Delivery and Quarterly Executive Reports for the Sydney-Metro contract, liaising with other depots as required
  8. Liaise with other departments and external bodies to arrange for new/replacement vehicles to be reported, installed with relevant equipment, and transitioned into service

About You:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong relationship-building and managing skills
  • Well organised and can successfully work with strict deadlines
  • High accuracy of data information
  • Proven experience in reviewing contracts
  • Proactive and able to take on various projects
