Job summary

Outsource UK in Manchester is seeking a Contract Recruitment Consultant to join our team, supporting a range of clients across STEM and professional services. The role blends candidate delivery, account management, contractor care and business growth in a hybrid setup with a Manchester City Centre office.

You will manage the full contract recruitment lifecycle, build strong client and contractor relationships, and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts while delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• Previous experience within contract recruitment, delivery, account management or recruitment operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience recruiting within STEM, Engineering, Technology, Professional Services or related sectors.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and client requirements simultaneously.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A desire to contribute towards the growth of client accounts and the wider business.

Responsibilities

• Delivering contract recruitment assignments across technology, engineering, IT and professional services markets.
• Managing client relationships and developing a deep understanding of hiring requirements.
• Growing existing accounts through proactive account management and identification of new opportunities.
• Sourcing, screening, interviewing and qualifying high-calibre contract professionals.
• Coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process from briefing through to placement.
• Managing contractor onboarding, compliance and ongoing engagement.
• Handling contract extensions, renewals, rate negotiations and contractor communications.
• Supporting day-to-day contract recruitment operations and ensuring a high-quality service delivery experience.
• Building and maintaining talent pools of specialist contractors.
• Working closely with sales and leadership teams to drive account growth and client satisfaction.
