Role Overview:

Manage the full 360° recruitment process—client acquisition, candidate sourcing, and contractor management. A proactive approach to business development will be essential to success in this role.

Key Duties:

• Full-cycle contract recruitment within IT.
• Build and maintain strong client and contractor relationships.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Stay informed on IT market trends and contractor rates.
• Handle contract negotiation and ensure IR35 compliance.

Requirements:

• Strong business development and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of IR35 legislation.
• Commercial awareness of IT hiring trends.
• Excellent communication and resilience in a fast-paced market.
