Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial aspects of assigned projects from pre-construction through final account.
• Prepare and maintain cost forecasts, budgets, and cash flow projections.
• Monitor expenditure and enforce cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce cost/value reconciliation reports and profitability forecasts.
• Provide regular commercial reporting to management and ensure governance compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and value for money.
• Prepare interim and final accounts.
