Job summary

A consultancy firm is seeking a UK-based contract developer with expertise in Python and FastAPI for a remote role. The incumbent will focus on building APIs, guiding technical reviews, and creating high-performance data solutions over a contract period of 6 to 12 months. The position offers up to £575 per day, outside of IR35 regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience with TDD, BDD.

What you will be doing:

• Building APIs and integrating them with external platforms
• Provide technical guidance and code reviews to other team members
• Design, develop and deploy high-performance solutions that process large volumes of data

Must have experience

• Quality engineering best practice and tooling including TDD, BDD
• Up to date knowledge of Python coding, testing, debugging
• Experience working with large sets of data
• Experience with FastAPI or Flask
• Experience with BigQuery
