Part-Time Mental Health Therapist (Hybrid: Remote & In-Person)

Location: Canterbury, England, United Kingdom

We seek qualified, part-time, internationally licensed psychotherapists to join our network and deliver care via a tech-enabled platform focused on patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to clients, including short-term EAP and employer health plans.
• Treat adults identified through online screenings.
• Optional: treat children, adolescents, couples, or families.
• Maintain availability calendars and complete session documentation promptly.
• Use evidence-based, tailored treatment modalities.
• Collaborate with support teams and clinical care navigators.
• Deliver culturally competent, empathetic care respecting diversity.

Qualifications

• Properly qualified/licensed to practice in the UK; no clinical supervision required.
• At least 3 years of independent post-training experience.
• Comfortable with technology and telehealth.
• Availability for some in-person sessions in Canterbury.
• Training in evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT).
• Experience with safety planning and risk intervention.
• Committed to quality care and professional growth.
• Independent work preference with team collaboration interest.
