Part-Time Mental Health Therapist (Hybrid: Remote & In-Person)

Location: Preston, England, United Kingdom

We are seeking qualified,part-time internationally licensed psychotherapists to join ourprovider network and deliver care with a tech-enabled,AI/machine-learning platform that puts patient outcomes first.

What You'll Do

• Providecounseling to clients with benefits ranging from short-termgoal-focused EAP, to employer health plans allowing as many sessionsas medically necessary.
• Treat adults who have completedbrief, evidence-based online screenings identifying their symptoms andareas of concern.
• Preferably, also be open to treatingadditional populations such as children, adolescents, couples, orfamilies.
• Maintain a calendar displaying your availabilityand complete session documentation in a timely manner within ourscheduling system.
• Use evidence-based treatment modalitiesand interventions that are tailored to your client’s needs.
• Collaborate with our dedicated provider support team, ourlicensed clinical care navigation team, and our administrative caresupport team whenever you need assistance.
• Provide culturallycompetent and empathetic care, upholding our values of diversity andinclusion for all races, ethnicities, and genders.

Who you are

• You are properly qualified(licensed, if applicable) to practice counseling (as a Psychologist,Psychotherapist, Clinical Psychologist, etc.) in the UK. We are notable to accept applications from anyone requiring clinicalsupervision.
• You have a minimum of 3 years of independent,post-training experience.
• You have access to a computer orlaptop, are comfortable with technology, and are tele-healthcompetent.
• You are available to offer some amount ofmonthly in-person availability for Spring Health members in Preston.
• You have training and experience in evidence-basedmodalities of care such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT.
• You arecomfortable with providing safety planning and intervention duringsituations where a client might present with higher risks.
• You are committed to quality clinical care and want to expandyour capabilities and increase your effectiveness by being informed ofclient progress or challenges.
• You like workingindependently, but would also enjoy having the support of a team andopportunities for connections and collaboration with other providersand our master’s level clinical care navigators.
