Part-Time Mental Health Therapist (Hybrid: Remote & In-Person)

We are seeking qualified, part-time internationally licensedpsychotherapists to join our provider network and deliver care with atech-enabled, AI/machine-learning platform that puts patient outcomesfirst.

What You'll Do

• Providecounseling to clients with benefits ranging from short-termgoal-focused EAP, to employer health plans allowing as many sessionsas medically necessary.
• Treat adults who have completedbrief, evidence-based online screenings identifying their symptoms andareas of concern.
• Preferably, also be open to treatingadditional populations such as children, adolescents, couples, orfamilies.
• Maintain a calendar displaying your availabilityand complete session documentation in a timely manner within ourscheduling system.
• Use evidence-based treatment modalitiesand interventions that are tailored to your client’s needs.
• Collaborate with our dedicated provider support team, ourlicensed clinical care navigation team, and our administrative caresupport team whenever you need assistance.
• Provide culturallycompetent and empathetic care, upholding our values of diversity andinclusion for all races, ethnicities, and genders.

Who you are

• You are properlyqualified (licensed, if applicable) to practice counseling (as aPsychologist, Psychotherapist, Clinical Psychologist, etc.) in UnitedKingdom. We are not able to accept applications from anyone requiringclinical supervision.
• You have a minimum of 3 years ofindependent, post-training experience.
• You have access to acomputer or laptop, are comfortable with technology, and aretele-health competent.
• You are available to offer someamount of monthly in-person availability for Spring Health members inFleet.
• You have training and experience inevidence-based modalities of care such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT.
• You are comfortable with providing safety planning andintervention during situations where a client might present withhigher risks.
• You are committed to quality clinical care andwant to expand your capabilities and increase your effectiveness bybeing informed of client progress or challenges.
• You likeworking independently, but would also enjoy having the support of ateam and opportunities for connections and collaboration with otherproviders and our master’s level clinical care navigators.
