We seek a Contract Programme Lead to own two linked workstreams: PIM (Salsify) and Digital Shelf Analytics, delivering plan, governance, data quality, and change activities across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Senior delivery role spanning technology, marketing, eCommerce, sales, product and external technology partners.
• Turning strategy into delivery and embedding new ways of working across the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PIM implementation programme from planning through deployment and adoption.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Marketing, eCommerce, Sales, Product and IT.
• Drive data quality, taxonomy, attribute mapping and data distribution to channels.
• Develop future-state processes and operating models and support business readiness.
• Define the Digital Shelf Analytics capability, requirements and use cases.
• Lead workshops across commercial, marketing and technology teams.
• Evaluate platforms and approaches (e.g., Profitero, CommerceIQ, Pacvue).
• Define operating model and deployment roadmap for the combined programme.
