Job summary

Morson Edge (Technology) in Manchester, hybrid, seeks a Contract Programme Lead to drive two linked initiatives: Salsify PIM implementation and Digital Shelf Analytics, as part of a global consumer brands digital commerce transformation.

You will own the programme plan, governance, data taxonomy and change activity, coordinating across Marketing, eCommerce, Sales, Product and IT to deliver across the ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Strong programme leadership with digital commerce and product data experience.
• Proven track record delivering PIM implementations, ideally Salsify.
• Experience with SaaS vendors and system integrators.
• Exposure to Digital Shelf Analytics platforms such as Profitero, CommerceIQ, Pacvue, or similar.
• Experience in FMCG/CPG, Retail or eCommerce environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PIM implementation (planning through deployment and adoption).
• Own programme plan, roadmap, governance, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Marketing, eCommerce, Sales, Product and IT.
• Drive product data, taxonomy, attribute mapping and data quality activity.
• Support future-state processes and operating models.
• Ensure product information is distributed across digital channels.
• Lead business readiness, training, adoption and change activities.
• Provide reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Lead Digital Shelf Analytics assessment, define requirements and use cases.
• Evaluate platforms (CommerceIQ, Profitero, Pacvue, Acorn-i and similar).
• Develop vendor scorecards and ROI recommendations; support evaluation.
• Define the future operating model and deployment roadmap.
• Connect PIM and Digital Shelf into the wider digital commerce ecosystem.
