Job Overview

We’re hiring aPart-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)to provide high-quality, in-home speech therapy for pediatric clients. This is a flexible, contract-based role ideal for a therapist looking for autonomy, meaningful work, and a schedule that fits your life. You’ll work directly with children and families to assess needs, deliver individualized treatment plans, and help each child thrive in their unique communication journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for pediatric clients
  • Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Deliver speech therapy services in client homes across the Greater Boston area
  • Provideintervention servicesfor young children with speech and language delays
  • Maintain clear, timely documentation of evaluations, treatment goals, and progress
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals (e.g., educators, clinicians)
  • Stay current with best practices and research in speech-language pathology and neurodiversity-affirming care

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Massachusetts SLP license(CCC-SLP)
  • Experience working withpediatric populations, particularly in early intervention or school-age children
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Empathy, flexibility, and a client-centered approach to therapy
  • Ability to work independently and manage a part-time caseload
