Job summary

Redline UK is seeking a Contract PCB Design Engineer to work onsite in Leicester Forest East. This role focuses on designing and developing PCBs for various applications including portable power devices and industrial systems.

The contract will initially last for 6 months. Candidates should have strong expertise in Altium for multi-layer PCB Design and the ability to work across project teams, optimizing designs for manufacture and test.

Qualifications

• Experience with Altium for multi-layer PCB Design is mandatory.
• Ability to work with project teams to optimize designs.
• Knowledge of thermal management and EMC is required.

Position Overview

The Redline Group have an exciting opportunity for a Contract PCB Design Engineer to work with our customer and apply PCB Design skills to design and development products for use in applications ranging from small portable power devices to motive and industrial power systems. This role will be based onsite in the outskirts of Leicester and will be for an initial 6 month contract.

This role has an indicative INSIDE IR35 determination therefore candidates will be required to operate via an Umbrella company.

The business is a well established and technically innovative organisation focused on the design and development of disruptive technology sold around the globe. Their products are used in critical applications and due to continued project demand and development activity, they are seeking an experienced contractor who can hit the ground running and deliver high quality PCB design work.
