Qualifications

• Experience working with third-party contracts, ideally within housing or property services.
• Confident engaging with residents, contractors, and partners at all levels.
• Understanding leases, service level agreements, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of all third-party agreements and contracts for PA Housing’s homeownership properties.
• Help monitor contract performance, KPIs, and service delivery standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, managing agents, and resident associations.
