This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in the implementation of a new digital contract management system, enhancing our efficiency and compliance.

Role Overview:

As our Contract Operation Administrator, you will be the champion of our new contract management system. Your expertise will ensure that our contractual documents are managed with precision, supporting various legal administrative tasks along the way.

Key Responsibilities:

Become a Super-User: Develop expert knowledge of the new contract management system and share your insights with the team.
Lead the Charge: Support and lead ancillary projects to expand the system's usage throughout the organisation.
Train and Support: Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on the effective use of the contract management system.
Review and Input: analyse contractual documents to extract key data for entry into the system.
Redact with Care: Ensure commercially sensitive information is carefully redacted from agreements.
Maintain Accuracy: Ensure the integrity of data entered into the system through meticulous attention to detail.
Collaborate: Work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure consistency in data management and system utilisation.
Legal Admin Support: Assist with various legal administrative tasks to support the department.

Qualifications and Experience:

A proactive and inquisitive individual with a passion for working with contracts and legal documents.
Ability to swiftly learn new systems and technologies.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data entry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, engaging confidently with diverse stakeholders.
