What you'll do

We are both a landlord and a developer, with more than 60,000 existing homes and 10,000 more in our pipeline.

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Officer to join our team until 26 June 2026. You will oversee our mobility lift services and assist with passenger lift contract activities. Our goal is to ensure 100% LOLER compliance while delivering exceptional service to our residents.

How you'll do it
  • Manage and oversee the mobility lift contract, ensuring all services are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and audits to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service providers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement plans as necessary.
  • Ensure all mobility lifts are maintained and serviced in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to mobility lift services promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the mobility lift services meet the needs of our residents.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on contract performance and service delivery.

Essential
  • Proven experience in contract management, preferably within the housing or facilities management sector.
  • Strong understanding of mobility lift systems and maintenance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to mobility lift services.
  • Relevant qualifications in contract management or a related field are desirable.
