Lead Network Security Engineer – Outside IR35 – Hybrid Cheshire – CCNP – Palo Alto – Zscaler – Zero Trust Network – Network Security Engineer

Exalto Consulting is currently recruiting for a contract Lead Network Security Engineer. This role is initially 6 months outside IR35, with a daily rate dependent on experience. The position offers hybrid working in Cheshire, requiring 2-3 days onsite per week.

Essential Skills for the Role:

• Zscaler Private Access & Internet Access
• Zero Trust Network Architecture
• Design and implement end-to-end network infrastructure automation capabilities
• Proficiency in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting firewalls (Cisco, Palo Alto, etc.)
• Experience with intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEM tools, and security incident response
• Design and implement secure network architectures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption technologies
• Strong communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders across EMEA
