Native Advertising Specialist - 6 Week Contract (Initial)

Introduction
A well-known UK-based I.T brand is ramping up its in-house digital marketing efforts and is on the lookout for a Native Advertising Specialist to join the team. This is a client-side role focused on delivering performance-driven native and display campaigns across premium publishers and networks. With monthly media budgets hitting £1m, they need someone with deep platform knowledge, strong publisher relationships, and the ability to lead from day one.
The Role
You'll be at the forefront of planning, activating, and optimising native advertising campaigns, primarily across platforms like Outbrain, Taboola, and Zemanta. Alongside native, you'll support wider display efforts, working directly with media partners to ensure campaigns deliver across brand and performance KPIs. This is a fully remote contract for an initial 6 weeks, with strong potential for extension.
Responsibilities include:
Planning and activating native campaigns across key platforms (Outbrain, Taboola, Zemanta)
Managing high-budget campaigns with a focus on mid- and upper-funnel performance
Building and maintaining strong relationships with publishers and native ad networks
Continuous optimisation and A/B testing to improve CTR, CVR, and engagement
Collaborating with internal teams on cross-channel strategy and messaging alignment
Reporting on performance and providing actionable insights
You - Skills & Experience:
Proven experience running native advertising campaigns at scale
Hands-on expertise with native platforms (Outbrain, Taboola, Zemanta)
Strong understanding of audience targeting, content performance, and creative optimisation
Confident working with £1m+ monthly budgets and accountable to performance metrics
Solid grasp of the digital advertising ecosystem, including display and programmatic
Strong analytical skills and comfortable presenting data-driven recommendations
UK-based and available to start immediately
