Job summary

Rubicon Consulting is seeking a Material Resource Planning Controller for a 6-month contract based in Lincolnshire. The role covers daily management of multi-area production, data upkeep in ERP/APS systems, and optimization of inventory and subcontractor performance.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration among cell teams, engineers, and planning staff to ensure on-time delivery and efficient resource utilization across four operational areas.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex, multi-area production across plants.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage data in ERP/APS systems.
• Strong focus on inventory control, subcontractor performance, and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production management across multiple cell areas and ensure data accuracy in ERP/APS systems.
• Report on production performance and resolve issues affecting on-time delivery.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and lead cross-functional problem-solving to optimize capacity.
