Overview

Do you come from a military background and particularly have served within the Royal Signals in a managerial role? If so, this could be the ideal career move for you after leaving. Our client is a leading training provider delivering training to the military. They now have a requirement for a Contract Manager to manage the Royal Signals Apprenticeship contract at Blandford Forum, Dorset. Some travel will be required; however this is occasional.

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining qualified and competent staffing.
  • Ensuring compliance with audit and other regulatory requirements.
  • Managing any performance issues effectively to a satisfactory resolution.
  • Analysing and actioning feedback to achieve consistent high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying current and future customer needs and working collaboratively with colleagues in other departments to create fit-for-purpose and relevant delivery.
  • Reporting accurate and timely performance data to the Management Team.
  • Driving accountability for learner achievement through the delivery team structure.
  • Championing delivery team ownership of learner/employer engagement, progress and data accuracy.
  • Representing the company at Army meetings.
Qualifications
  • Proven managerial experience ideally with a recognised management qualification.
  • Technical background - networking/digital/communications.
  • Experience within a training/instructional role would be advantageous.
  • The ability to work effectively as a leader and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • IT Literate.
  • Hold a valid driving licence, with access to own vehicle.
Benefits
