Contract Manager –Paddington

Location: Paddington Station

Salary: Up to £68K

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

Holidays: 25 Days + 8 Bank Holidays

Are you an experienced Contract Manager with a proven track record of managing technical accounts and leading engineering teams directly? We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Contract Manager to join our team at Paddington Station.

Key Responsibilities:

- Directly manage a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and performance.

- Manage all technical issues.

- Manage P&L and budgets.

- Manage agreed KPI and SLA’s.

- Responsible for managing the company’s H&S and environmental performance on site.

- Plan and implement building project works.

- Responsible for managing the company’s quality procedures on site.

- Management of client relationships on a daily basis.

- Management of all reports.

- Responsible for the permit system.

- Oversee technical contracts, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.

- Monitor and report on contract performance, financials, and operational delivery.

Requirements:

- Previous experience managing technical contracts in a facilities or engineering environment.

- Experience of service delivery in high profile offices.

- Ability to deliver projects on time and on budget.

- Proven experience in managing engineers directly, including performance management and team leadership.

- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong commercial acumen and budget management experience.

- Health & Safety knowledge (IOSH or NEBOSH qualification desirable).

- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
