Our client, who provides buildings support to local authorities, NHS, and private sector clients, is seeking an experienced full-time Contract Manager (Access Control) to join their team in North London.

Reporting to the Head of Access Control, you’ll be responsible for managing and monitoring reactive repairs, preventative planned maintenance programmes, installations, and special projects across various contracts within the CCTV / Access Control Warden Call Department. This role offers a unique opportunity to be an integral part of the team within the access control department.

As a Contract Manager, your tasks include:

  • Preparation of annual PPM and statutory compliance programmes of work
  • Management and monitoring of specialist contractors
  • Planning and coordination of direct labour, ensuring projects are on time and within budget
  • Updating programme works and preparing performance and status reports
  • Developing commercial awareness and leading ongoing improvements for PPM & testing regimes
