Portakabin Ltd is seeking a Contract Manager to join our GB Healthcare team, coordinating nationwide projects with regular travel. The role offers an annual salary up to £67,000 plus a 10% on-target bonus, permanent status, and a company car.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets and risk, and build strong client relationships across allocated contracts. Interviews are ongoing.

Formación

• Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Project management qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering large or complex construction or modular contracts.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies and processes.
• Strong financial control, cost management, and final accounts negotiation.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Experience managing third-party suppliers and contractors.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues during delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership for successful project management and delivery of allocated contracts, on time, within budget and to spec.
• Act as SME in project delivery and share best practices across the function.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and clarify roles, responsibilities and deliverables.
• Maintain or improve margins and cash flow through planning, budgeting, risk control and commercial decisions.
• Produce regular reports and updates for stakeholders on progress, costs and milestones.
• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks and update risk register.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and manage variations and disputes.
• Build strong customer relationships and be main point of contact for contracts.
• Support bid and pre-construction activity with operational input.
• Provide coaching and line management where applicable within the contract team.
