Are you a Contract Manager working in the social housing maintenance industry looking for a new exciting role with a rapidly growing company in the South West and South Wales region?

This role will be based in the Bristol office with remote working options. Ideally, candidates will reside within 50 miles of Bristol.

This national facilities services company is recruiting for a Contract Manager to oversee a portfolio of social housing contracts across Bristol, Bath, and Gloucester.

As Contract Manager, you will manage a team of Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers, Multi-Trades Engineers, Carpenters, Plumbers, Painters, and Decorators, handling planned, reactive maintenance, and void properties.

The plan is to recruit 2-3 more engineers in the coming months, for which you will be responsible.

You will also need strong client-facing skills, as part of this role involves developing existing clients.

The key aspects of the role include:
  1. Managing a team of supervisors and engineers
  2. Overseeing all budgetary requirements for the contract, including P+L management
  3. Implementing cost-saving ideas and initiatives to ensure profitability while minimizing environmental impact
  4. Ensuring the delivery of all key SLAs and KPIs for various contracts, including data reporting and mitigation
  5. Monitoring compliance and QSHE standards across all contracts
  6. Auditing completed and ongoing works
  7. Serving as the key contact for client communications, including attending meetings
  8. Driving efficiencies across the site, including energy services
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience delivering services across multiple sites with good commercial awareness
  2. Strong leadership skills and H&S competency
  3. Experience in developing client relationships and maximizing service growth
  4. Business development skills are advantageous

Salary: £48-50k (negotiable for the right candidate) plus car allowance

Additional benefits include 25 days holiday and pension.
