This position ensures that all contracts meet legal, regulatory, and company standards while aligning with the strategic and commercial objectives of the organization. Leverage market knowledge and financial acumen to negotiate terms that meet the company's budgetary and operational requirements.
  • Identify potential risks within contract terms and conditions, proposing amendments to mitigate these risks. Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and organizational policies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, acting as the primary point of contact for contractual discussions, commercial negotiations, and dispute resolution.

  • Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initial drafting through execution and renewal, ensuring all contracts are appropriately documented and archived. Implement best-practice ERP-driven document handling and analytics to create improved transparency, customer experience and value-add to the supported business functions.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Monitor contract performance and adherence to terms, taking corrective actions as needed. Further develop and drive the implementation of Domino Group's supplier governance framework, to guide and support Procurement activities for Production, New Product Development and Indirect Supplies to our manufacturing organizations as well as our regional Channels, if required.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve contract templates, negotiation processes, and overall procurement strategies to enhance efficiency, supply resilience, commercial value, and cost savings.
