Job summary

Turner Lovell is recruiting on behalf of a leading global EPC organisation delivering major energy infrastructure projects in the UK. We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to own the commercial and contractual management of offshore transport and installation works on a high-profile HVDC project.

The role requires offshore/infra contract management experience (8+ years), strong FIDIC contract knowledge, and the ability to lead claims, variations and EOT assessments.

Qualifications

• Offshore or infrastructure contract management experience of 8+ years.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts.
• Experience managing claims, variations, and delay/EOT analysis.
• Background in offshore cable installation or marine projects preferable.
• Ability to operate independently in a senior, high-impact role.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration of the offshore T&I subcontract with full contractual compliance.
• Manage contractual correspondence, notices, and maintain auditable records.
• Handle claims, variations, and Extension of Time (EOT) assessments.
• Evaluate entitlement, delays, and commercial impacts.
• Act as the key contractual interface with offshore contractors.
• Monitor contractor performance and align contracts with delivery strategy.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks across the package.
• Support dispute resolution and strategic commercial decisions.
• Collaborate with project controls, engineering, and delivery teams.

Turner Lovell are recruiting on behalf of a leading global EPC organisation delivering major energy infrastructure projects in the UK. Our client is a key player in the development of HVDC interconnector systems, supporting the transition to a more resilient and sustainable energy network.

We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to take ownership of the commercial and contractual management of offshore transport & installation (T&I) works on a high-profile HVDC project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead administration of the offshore T&I subcontract, ensuring full contractual compliance
• Manage contractual correspondence, notices, and maintain auditable records
• Handle claims, variations, and Extension of Time (EOT) assessments
• Evaluate entitlement, delays, and commercial impacts
• Act as the key contractual interface with offshore contractors
